New Product Test Report
By Gordon Warr

Lathes come in all shapes and sizes, but none quite like the Pro-Am Lathe. This is a lathe with a difference, with all the cutting and shaping carried out by a router as the wood rotates. As the name suggests it will produce professional results, but only needs the input of an amateur with very few turning skills.

The Pro-Am Lathe has a moving end plate that allows long and short length of work piece, it is simply a case of loosening the grub screws on the end plate and slide to desired position and lockdown.

The work piece capacity of the Pro-Am Lathe is 100mm x 100mm and can accommodate a work piece of 75mm x 75mm. Length of work piece from 500mm to 2200mm.
